General Policy: Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed. This property accepts credit cards, debit card and cash. Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, a security system, and a first aid kit. This property affirms that it follows strict cleaning and disinfection practices. Masks are required at the property for guests without COVID-19 vaccination.
Additional cost for rollaway beds or cribs: Rollaway/extra beds are available for $10 per night

Damages: Customer may be charged for damage to hotel property. Charges range from $100 to $200. Any missing items (pillows, towels, blankets, etc.), unusual property damage, need for excessive cleaning, smoking in a non-smoking room, extra non-registered persons/pets, excessive trash removal, or disturbances caused by the room or visitors. A damage deposit of $100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Deposit will be reimbursed on check-out.

Refunds: No refunds.
No-Shows: If the customer makes a reservation and does not show up or cancels the reservation less than 24 hours in advance, they will be charged for one night (the full amount of the first night) as a no-show fee.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Service animals only.
